ABSTRACT
The article presents the main principles of intelligentization of cast-in-situ and other buildings when being under designing, construction and upkeeping. There are ways of realizing the tasks of ensuring the comfort and safety for people inside the building as well as accepting reasonable sufficiency, economically and functionally justified solutions shown in the article.
